Hi, I'm Abdu.

I'm a physiotherapist born and raised in Abu Dhabi. On @abdo.physio I turn the questions people ask about their bodies (why does my jaw click? why does my ankle keep rolling?) into short animated explainers.

Every animation is drawn to be anatomically accurate, every number comes from a study I name on screen, and every exercise is something you can actually do at home. This site is where each reel gets its full explanation.
